Web sites

E-brochure website — An E-brochure is like having a business card or a 1 page brochure online, includes your contact information, pictures, and the key message you need to convey. Small sites like this can cost as little as $250, depending on the time and effort required.

 

Basic Web Site — Basic web site, with all of the features of an e-brochure above, requiring additional design time, approximately less than 5 pages. Estimated costs around $600*.

 

Extented Web or Blog Site price negotiable — based on basic website plus additional time required to finish project consisting of 5 or more pages. This type of website is often compatible with the client-side use of a program like Adobe Contribute. Costs start at $750* and are broken into "phases" to better facilitate the project.

 

E-Commerce Online Store sites prices start as low as $24.95 per month, plus the standard fees and contract of an extended web or blog site. Contact me for more details.

 

Please note that I do not use the templates of other designers. All of my own designs are custom made by me, specifically for the business requirements of my clients. I currently code web pages in HTML, X/HTML5, CSS, PHP, WordPress, Ajax and JQuery JavaScript.



* I require my clients to sign a contract that specifies the work process, scheduled dates of client input and content, phase completion and payment so that the work gets done in a timely manner and I get paid. A deposit $250 or 30% of the final cost is required before work commences. The contract does not include certain additional tasks (like domain acquisition, email setup, stock photography purchases, etc).



Maintenance and Updating an existing site — Choose Pay-as-you-go at $40 per hour, or a retainer package that suits your needs, based on estimated hours. Time is billed as quarter hours. Discounts are available for the purchase of annual maintenance packages.

 

Finished Designs for sale — See my designs for sale on the bottom of the home page. These are pages designed for another client who has either changed designs or no longer in business.

 

Web hosting — Annual web hosting only $10/month ($120 annually). Special price available until March 1, 2012 if you purchase maintenance time*. Call for details.

Please note: the purchase cost for stock photos for your site will be added to your total invoice.

 


Clerical

(ebooks, technical writing, manuals, excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint slides, document or book editing, research, letter writing, postal mail outs)

All clerical work is charged at an hourly rate of $40, billed as quarter hours, or can be negotiated as a package.


Graphics

(interactive pdfs, design graphics for business cards, flyers, pamphlets, letterhead, photography and photographic editing)

All graphical work is charged at an hourly rate of $40, billed as quarter hours, or can be negotiated as a package. The purchase cost of stock photos will be added to your total invoice.


Human Resources

(analysis of resumes, calling references, and preliminary interviews)

All graphical work is charged at an hourly rate of $40, billed as quarter hours, or can be negotiated as a package.
